ManageEngine SDP
The ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus plugin lets you manage records in your ServiceDesk Plus instance through its REST API. It supports creating and updating records, and adding work logs to requests. The plugin authenticates using a base URL and a refresh token. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate ITSM operations like ticket creation, record updates, or work log entries in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Prerequisites:
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus instance with access details.
Auth Token and Refresh token: Generate Auth Token for ON_PREMISE ManageEngine ServiceDesk deplyments and Generate, Client ID, Client Secret and Refresh token for CLOUD deployments.
- Please refer Appendix 14: Managed Engine SDP – Generate Auth Token/Refresh Token for generating the refresh token and auth token.
